Permanent FULL-TIME or PART-TIME by negotiation (during school terms)

We seek an experienced and dynamic Counsellor, primarily with experience in working with children and adolescents, to co-ordinate our Counselling Department commencing Term 3 2026.  You will not be required to attend the site during non-term time, but the expectation is that you will be on call during these periods.

Essential Skills and Experiences

• Active involvement in a local church with a Minister’s reference;
• Ongoing commitment to the College’s Purpose, Mission, and Statement of Faith; 
• Commitment to setting an example to students, staff and parents in matters of faith and conduct;

Desirable Skills and Experiences

• School experience
• Masters in Counselling (or similar)
